Yesterday our eon electricity metre turned up at our house, we set it up, pluged it in and away we go!
It tells us how much electricity we are using and estimates how much it will cost monthly. So far we have used 2ish k.watts. The concept of telling you how much electicity you are using is mostly psycological, to make you think about you emmisions and thus making you cut down on your appliance usage and your TV’s standby timer!
